Hey thanks for stopping by. I’m Saleh ElGhatit, but a lot of people call me Sal, most recently I was Executive Creative Director at Serviceplan Dubai, and the tall guy in the elevator. Recently I left my agency life to pursue a life of creativity and follow my passions as a storyteller and director. So you won’t find me in an agency but most likely on a set near you.
I’ve won some awards, most notably Dubai Lynx Independent Agency of the Year 2024 and 2022, Grand Prix at The Loeries, multiple Dubai Lynx Awards, One show, and most recently Bronze Lion at Cannes 2024.
Judged some of them too, was in the One Show Jury in 2025, Grand Jury for New York Festivals in 2022, Shortlist Jury for New York Festivals in 2024, and the Young Lynx Jury in 2023.
